From Corporate to Remote-First

I'm Eunice Atieno, an Executive Virtual Assistant and Remote Work Coach based in Nairobi, Kenya — working with clients globally. My journey started in a traditional 9-5 corporate environment, where I discovered a deep passion for operational excellence and helping leaders work smarter.

As a Kenyan professional navigating the remote work landscape, I faced the same challenges many ambitious professionals across Africa face — the skills gap, the credibility gap, and the question of whether remote careers were truly accessible. I didn't just bridge that gap for myself. I built a roadmap so others could too.

Today I serve as an Executive Assistant to a Chief Operations Officer, work as a sales and lead generation specialist at Rise Up Media, and run my own solopreneur EA and coaching business — all remotely. I bring real-world, in-the-trenches experience to everything I do.
